S.P. Building

I’m rather surprised and disappointed with the IBM Thailand office building. It’s located on Phaholyothin Road which is a nightmare for traffic, especially at rush hour. But to be fair, all of Bangkok is a traffic nightmare. Parking fills up fast and I believe you have to have a parking pass if you plan to be there for an extended period of time. The entrance is small,the ID card readers are not enough and the amount of people far outnumber the scant amount of lifts. So much so they have a staggered work schedule where you can pick what time you want to start work..,0700, 0730, 0800, 0830, 0900. That makes it a bit more bearable but imagine the wait to get down at lunch time and back up. Oops, lunch is over and you didn’t get to eat. Many conference rooms are looking tired and it’s virtually impossible to schedule a room when you need it. The list goes on and on but you get the point.

The security guard at ground level, outside the building was very rude and pretty unfriendly to me. I don't have any good impressions with this place.
