  This guy has a lot of cars for rent. The owner is very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend using his vehicle. We rented a Nissan nevara, it was good for the price but the car's condition was fair. It needed a clutch replacement, and bearing belt or the steering mount needed repairs. Rest were all good. Also the contract may seem 1 sided, make sure you treat the car with respect. The owner is very good (think i mentioned it above).

  We rented a car from this company for a 2D1N trip from Bangkok to Rayong (4–5 July). The car was fine until we reached Rayong that night. At around 12am, it suddenly wouldn't start, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street. Thankfully, the emergency contact answered our call despite the late hour, and with the help of some kind locals, we managed to jump-start the car. When we returned the vehicle, we requested a partial refund as the car had clearly experienced a mechanical issue during our rental. Unfortunately, the company refused. The staff member spent quite some time on the phone with his boss, but there was no willingness to negotiate. We also asked if we could speak to the boss directly, but that request was declined. It's worth noting that we remained calm and respectful throughout the discussion. We explained that because of the faulty car, our return journey to Bangkok was significantly delayed, forcing us to extend our rental period. Despite the inconvenience and extra time caused by the vehicle issue, the company was unwilling to offer any form of compensation. side note: he even mentioned that other car rental companies would not pick up our call at 12am but he picked up... while we do appreciate that someone was available to assist us in an emergency, we don't think that changes the fact that we were left stranded due to a vehicle issue. being reachable when a rental car breaks down is something we'd reasonably expect, not a substitute for taking responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we wouldn't rent from this company again.
