Been renting premises here for many years. However since new landlord took over things have improved immensely. Building has been renovated and there's a renewed vibrancy in the building. Ideally situated beside Saladaeng BTS there are some units still available but not for long I would imagine. This area is going though a massive makeover.

Infested with rats and roaches. Public restrooms are disgusting, and you have to PAY to use them. Full of cigarette ashes and rat poop. The lady collecting the money obviously isn't cleaning.
