Overall, the car rental experience was good, but pickup was slow. I booked for 8:00 AM and didn’t receive the car until 9:00 AM due to not enough staff available. Once I had the car, everything was smooth — the car drove well, and returning it was quick and easy with no issues. Highly recommend overall, just allow extra time for pickup.

Definitely up to standard of international SIXT rental. Expected nothing less and received nothing less! Rented the Mustang Mach-E (free upgrade) after the original requested Tesla Model 3 was unavailable. Appreciate the effort! Staff was very warm and welcoming, walked through all the details and also did the car check together (which is new but appreciated). All the cost are transparent.

With Sixt in Europe, you often can’t get the exact car model you booked, but in Bangkok I was able to get the specified model, which is really great! The pick-up process was simple and fast, and returning the car was also easy and quick. The staff were friendly and always smiling. When I picked up the car, the fuel level was below full, and the staff accurately recorded the lower fuel level, allowing me to return the car with the same amount of fuel. There was no deception—very honest service. This made me feel very comfortable and confident renting from Sixt. Thanks to the staff!

I rented from this location many times, and everything was fine. But on my last rental I did not received my 8,000 deposit back to my credit card. After complaining several times, the staff sent me a bank manifest with my card number, but that document did not show any credit. Reversing a deposit is Not s complicated issue for car rental companies, it takes one click in the terminal program. However, either Sixt rent a car, or Bangkok bank, is not releasing the deposit on purpose, for 30 days. This is because the original authorization is valid for 30 days, if the merchant don't claim it at the end of 30 days it would be cancel automatically, in the meantime, the merchant enjoy the positive balance of money that don't belong to them. A legitimate car rental company would reverse the deposit at the same time when the car is returned and contract closed with no damage to the car. My american bank has confirmed in writing that the deposit transaction was processed as a charge, and it was never cancelled. Of course I can dispute the charge with my bank, but why should I need all this trouble just to get my deposit refunded? I will not rent here again.
