It's actually about 200/month, never mind what they say on the website (it's just meant to draw you in and upsell you for a multi month contract). So, if you only go here 70-80% of the month. That's $56–$137 more per month than using a cafe if you spend $3-6 on average. But co-working isn't quieter, the internet isn't better, coffee is worse (usually), and youre stuck in the same location. little to no value here in reality.

They treated so well before we signed the contract but after that, everything was terrible. A/C is not stable. Wifi is sometimes down. Bad smell during days. WORST THING is we've been waiting for half a year to get the retainer refund back eventhough we chased more than 10 times - calling to email to talk to their helpdesk which is not professional at all.

Constant battle over billing. Every month was a drama. I would suggest anyone looking for co-working space to look elsewhere. The customer service is terrible and they lock you into terms and clauses that are not explained. If you are interested in co-working space, I'd strongly suggest you look elsewhere. The answer to everything is to raise a ticket in the app. There's zero personal interaction, everything through a souless app. Look elsewhere, there's plenty of cheaper options available in the area. (oh it's part of Regus so I'd avoid them too)
