Not worth for price. There is no wifi access for coffee

Rented a desk for one month in the dedicated desk area, which is modern in design and let me work efficiently. Friendly coffee, cleaning and security staff. However, Spaces is dishonest re hidden fees. I specifically asked for a final price upon signing, yet further cost came up a few weeks after, such as a "restoration fee" (which staff couldn't explain to me what it entails, beyond wiping the desk), "IT-services-fee" (which you are opted-in to, an Internet charge). Further annoyances in contract details: Cancellation of the service only 1 month in advance. Retainer fee not paid back automatically but has to be requested, then takes one month to process. I hope the company can take my feedback into account and improve communication. EDIT 1: It took customer service from Malaysia 50 minutes from this posting to call me, but seemingly directionless and not ready to help. In a further follow-up via email I was explained that transparency is important to the company and the restoration charge covers: - cleaning carpets - cleaning drawers - IT and telecoms disassembly, testing, and cleaning I have attached a photo of my workspace, where there are no carpets and no IT and telecoms equipment. Following this customer service interaction I adjust my rating from 2 star to 1 star. EDIT 2: Upon Edit 1 I was offered 50% of the restoration fee conditional on the removal of my review.
