Co working space with great location next to bts Phrakanong, there’s a good place for working, easy to find some food etc, Only one thing there’s no free coffeee for subscriber ( other they provide it!)

IT IS A SCUM!!! Charging me “10%” late charge of the monthly rent on the first bill. First, this term is not written on the invoice and service agreement but written in an unaware document after the service agreement signed. Second, it’s insane and not fair to prepay the rent 15 days early otherwise the late charge applied. Third, terrible customer service to escalate this complaint and this late charge can’t be waived. Regret to join!! Reply:- I talked and emailed to your manager called Noyna and I left this complaint in your move in survey email as well before I posted this review. But NO ONE care! Instead of taking the initiative to follow up and investigate my case, you put me back to the queue to raise a ticket online?! What a terrble customer services you guys is doing?! If you guys don't mind, I still got a couple bad experience to share in the public about your company.
