Service of the front counter (cashier) is so horrible and less service mind than I expected. On Friday 15Aug I brought my dog to hospital and need to leave my dog at hospital, staff told me that I need to deposit for 15,000 thb, this was okay but I had asked staff “on the check out day can I change credit card to another card to pay ALL THE EXPENSES? (void 15,000thb of this card and pay with another card with full payment) the staff said “Yes you can”. But on the check out day(Sunday 17Aug) the same staff said that she could not reverse or void that card because of the Bank Processing (while it is the bank holiday on Sat-Sun which the credit card processing will run services of collecting on Monday now the balance on that card still pending) that was ridiculous that hospital cannot void. Staff looked like want to do nothing to service me just want only money.. “no void and pay with another card “ Recommend you to find another pet hospital or pet clinic instead of this place. And recommend the hospital to hire new front office cashiers who more clever and have more service mind.

Was told this place has eye specialist. Went and waited 1 hour and an hour later saw the vet who told me things that I could find online and had been done by previous doctor who didn't claim to be a specialist. it's a sham! Staff were kind of arrogant when asked queue. Not worth the wait and defintely not worth 3000 over baht for some non specialist advice. Avoid this place. For they had grossly misrepresented their speciality practices. It waste time and I rather use the money to donate to a beggar than to give to this place.

Bad experience overall. Sub-optimal service. Disappointed by the assistance from the doctor. One of the doctors asked us to help hold our pet down during the vaccination. Compared to other vets, they would have their personnel ready to complete the task. Also, any discussions with the doctor turned out to be not useful at all, and the doctor would just hard sell something to us. All in all, not recommended. Not worth the money nor time.
