Abit of a distance outside Bangkok city. It was a 1h30m drive. But once there its truly an experience that must be be had. The trip on the boat is just 30min then you'll have to make that return trip which can be longer because of the traffic congestion.

Kiki helped us organize multiple trips during our time in Thailand, including the Floating Market, Ayutthaya Temple Tour, and a day trip to an elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai. Every single trip was perfectly planned and highly organized. She offered us amazing package deals and was always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much Thailand Tour and Travel. Me and my friend had a wonderful time in the VELA CRUISE. You gave us a fast and easy transaction for this. The food was good and free unli beers. Beautiful night views of the riverfronts. The cruise also include dance show which was fun! ☺️

I have done many tours in Thailand and can compare well. This was by far one of the worst experiences with an travel agency. • Unfriendly and annoyed communication • No lunch provided despite explicit request • Other guests on the same bus received lunch • Driver and guide were surprised by the situation • No return transfer to the hotel although pickup was included • Dropped off at the agency instead • Had to pay for our own transport back Very unprofessional unreliable and not customer-oriented. I strongly advise against booking with this agency.

ABSOLUTE TOURIST SCAM. Kiki was pushy and made the experience uncomfortable by repeatedly trying to sell additional extras. A return transfer to the hotel was explicitly agreed upon at the time of booking, yet neither the driver nor the guide knew anything about it. We were simply dropped off somewhere with no transport back. Other tourists on the same tour received lunch for the same price, we did not. When we pointed out that the return transfer had been agreed, the female guide reacted in an aggressive and loud manner towards us. Misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest.
