Very good condo. Every single staff member is super kind, always. The pool is great, gym does the job and rooftop has a stunning view + basketball court. It's very easy to pick up packages and food delivery too. It's a 7min walk to BTS, or a 1min ride with condo's private car. Rooms are also above average, looks different from other buildings in the same price range. The building still shows damages from the earthquake. You can get access to healthy food, fruits, vegetables right in the building. Lobby and coworking space have great wifi. Internet in the room is good too. I loved the vibe of the building, the special events and the good mood with both staff and people living here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a room on sukhumvit, while escaping the madness of places like Asok.

Went to visit a friend that Lives here and wow! The place has everything. A pool, a gym even a community garden. Very nice

Been living here for a while, and my experience doesn't seem to reflect what other people reported. For starters, I'll never understand how some people will leave a bad review here when it's actually related to their landlords, and not the condo and juristic office itself. Second of all, short-term rentals are not only forbidden, but illegal on a nation level. It's not just here, it's all across Thailand, So, take every bad review with a grain of salt. As for the juristic office, I haven't had any mishap so far. The ladies there have always been available, extremely helpful and kind, and using understandable English with me. The same goes for all the technicians and agents in the building (AC cleaning, building maintenance and cleaning, gardening, etc), they're all smiling, cheerful, and helpful. I assume that the people complaining here have a bad attitude, and wouldn't be treated well in their own country. For the noises, insects, and building issues, I can't say a word really. I'm on the 36th floor, facing nothing other than the city and a sort of park, and I haven't had any issues thus far. I may be lucky on that point, but I'd expect anyone who's coming here to make a first visit and check-up before settling on a yearly contract, as is the norm. Regarding the condo itself, there's a great swimming pool that's cleaned daily, a good-enough gym, a laundromat and water dispenser that are available 24/7, a parking, a delivery point, a gate with security guards, cameras, facial recognition and key card access absolutely everywhere, a mailbox zone, 7 (+?) lifts. Can we really do better than that? For me, it's a 100% bliss to be there. There's also a shuttle service to the BTS, which is awesome, even if that's a 3 minutes walk. There's a 7-11 nearby in a straight line, ok the way to the BTS, and there's also a big mall with everything in a 10-minute walk in a straight line too. So yup, all in all, that's (for me) a fantastic place to live in, with exceptional staff and facilities, and gorgeous apartments. I could certainly drop a star for the self-entitled tenants that act condescending all day, but it's none of Sansiri's responsibility, even though they enforce very strict (and appreciated) rules for the wellbeing of us all.
