We just visit there with my dog and they are very welcoming and smiling staff, very helpful, they still accommodate us even we didn't manage to take an appointment.. we are very please and releive that the receptionist, assistance and doc vet is good English spoken... I totally recommend this veterinary hospital very appreciated thank you very much

I am so glad I chose this hospital for my cat. The team provided thorough care and explored every treatment option. As an English speaker, I was really grateful that they explained everything clearly. They were also very transparent about costs and procedures. The daily LINE updates are really nice to have. The staff is super understanding and professional. 100% recommend

The staffs are very kind. They take really good care of my baby. The atmosphere is calm in the center of the city. Avoid going there in the rush office hour the traffic is really busy that time. 🥰

I want to share my experience, which was very similar to what other pet owners have mentioned. We visited this clinic several times a week, but were constantly sent to different doctors, with little to no communication between them. The biggest issue here is poor communication—it’s extremely difficult to get clear, consistent answers. On top of that, the clinic charges high fees for what I would consider mediocre service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and suggest looking into other alternatives.
