About
A Siam spot that executes beef noodles and braised pork rib boat noodles with real craft. The truffle cream soup served alongside a French croissant is the kind of unexpected pairing that earns a loyal following. Compact menu, high execution.

Teaw Copper Craft Review: Intense Beef Essence vs. Balanced Flavor Copper Buffet has built a formidable reputation for its 5-star buffet experience, with its Wagyu beef boat noodles often cited as a fan favorite. Teaw Copper Craft is the dedicated spin-off designed to capitalize on that popularity. However, transitioning a buffet "highlight" into a standalone specialty dish brings a different level of scrutiny to the balance of the bowl. The Experience: Australian Wagyu Outside Flat I tried the Australian Wagyu Outside Flat boat noodle (฿229), accompanied by a side of crispy pork fat. The presentation is professional, and the quality of the sliced beef is certainly acceptable. However, the experience is almost entirely defined—and arguably limited—by the intensity of the broth. The Critique: An Overpowering Broth The soup is exceptionally thick and heavy on the beef essence, with a pungent aroma that hits the palate immediately. While some may appreciate this "concentrated" style, I found it to be a bit much. The broth is a tad too sweet, and the sheer thickness (likely from a high concentration of blood/essence) tends to overpower everything else in the bowl, including the delicate flavor of the Wagyu beef itself. For my personal taste, a slightly thinner, more balanced broth would allow the quality of the beef and the texture of the noodles to shine through more clearly. Comparison and Verdict When compared to its closest high-end contender, Thongsmith, I found that I still prefer the latter for its more nuanced balance of spice, sourness, and broth consistency. Verdict: Teaw Copper Craft is certainly not a "bad" bowl of noodles, and for those who crave maximum intensity and a heavy, rich beef essence, this might be exactly what you are looking for. However, if you prefer a boat noodle where the broth complements rather than consumes the ingredients, you may find this version a bit too overpowering. It is a solid effort, but perhaps just not suited to every palate.

Unfortunately, this restaurant cannot compete in the high-end mall dining market. This was actually my first time trying Copper, a well-known name in the buffet scene. I decided to try two of their signature items: the truffle mushroom soup with croissant and the boat noodles. To be honest, neither lived up to the hype. The flavors were disappointing, especially considering the restaurant’s reputation. The croissant was shockingly small,so small that it honestly looked unappealing. As for the boat noodles, the thin rice noodles were clumped together in a solid mass, which showed poor preparation and greatly affected the texture and overall eating experience. Overall, the prices are unreasonably high when compared to the quality, taste, and overall standard of the food. I can confidently say that I won’t be returning, and this experience has also discouraged me from trying buffet dining... While the location is bad, so loud and unmatch the music that you can hear two different kinds of it. Lmao
