Tiger Eye Muay Thai and MMA

The muay thai classes are well structured; I really appreciate the balance of cardio, core strength, technique drills, and pad work (from experience, other gyms tend to lean heavier on one aspect). A key highlight for me was sparring for the first time. The coaches gave me a lot of guidance and support, especially since I was off balance quite a lot. They were encouraging and helped me build my confidence. All of the coaches I trained with were very attentive, approachable and have great energy. You can come empty handed as they provide everything you need. It’s affordable; the trial week allows unlimited training and the training quality makes it such good value for money. Overall a positive experience, I would definitely come back to train and highly recommend!

Amazing! I went for a trial week during my last week in Thailand. All the staff and other trainees were super friendly. The trainers were all really helpful and helped me cover the basics of Muay Thai. They also have some good classes for BJJ/grappling. I particularly liked the women-only Muay Thai classes, but every class was great fun and a great workout. Just be ready to sweat a lot 😁

I had my 2 first ever Muay Thai lessons and the coaches were extremely welcoming, helpful and patient. It was so good that I came back the next day. You learn all the basics and as it is quite small it’s very intimate. Can only recommend
