Very huge and new building. There are some shops but a lot of empty space. Would be better if there are some chairs to wait for friends, colleagues, partners, clients on G floor around the lobby area.

Worst building ever. If you are looking for a new office, please avoid this place. Delivery staff are not allowed to deliver items upstairs, and you are also not allowed to leave or receive items at the reception of your own floor. If your security standard is this poor and your solution is just to block everything, then you should not be renting office space at all. Food options are terrible. There are only coffee shops, tea shops, and a convenience store with very limited choices. There are food booths, but after 2 PM, nothing is left. Finding proper food is extremely difficult. Frequent maintenance issues, especially with the restrooms, which are repaired repeatedly but never properly fixed. The air conditioning is often too warm, even after being reported multiple times. The security guards on the ground floor have very bad attitudes. They are rude and unprofessional toward people using the building. Even our international guests were treated poorly, which is completely unacceptable. Please hire people who actually understand and care about service. Rules change almost daily, with no clear communication or consistency. It creates constant frustration for tenants. On top of all this, in just 2 months, I had to endure 2 fire alarm drills going off during meetings with 0 prior notice Once our contract ends, we will definitely move our office elsewhere. This building is not worth the money, the stress or the lack of basic service standards.

Located in the Vanit Village, Vanit Place is a modern office building located just a 3-minute walk from BTS Ari, quickly becoming a popular weekend hangout for visitors. Additionally, it boasts specialty stores, such as a dedicated wine shop, convenience stores, and cozy cafés. Vanit Village is also home to Absolute U Boutique Fitness Studio, a well-regarded cycling and Pilates exercise facility. Overall, Vanit Village offers a delightful selection of restaurants and activities, making it a perfect spot to spend a few hours relaxing over the weekend.
