WanderSiam's guides (Joyce, Ken, Wan) move through each tour with genuine expertise and adaptive energy—Ken's temple knowledge runs deep enough to reveal details most Bangkok guides miss. Tours are meticulously organized yet flexible; when the Chao Phraya flooded during one longboat tour, the guide pivoted seamlessly to plan B without losing momentum.

We had such a great tour with Joyce! Easy meeting point and got to ride in a nice bus. Our group was lovely and our tour guide, Joyce was super knowledgeable. Our itinerary consisted of Ayutthaya, the Mae Klong Railway Market, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Wat Phanan Choend Worawihan, Wat Mahathat, and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet. Plenty of bathroom breaks at the different locations as well as a snack break at seven eleven before one of the longer portions of our drive. My highlights of the tour were the Mae Klong Railway Market and Ayutthaya. Loved seeing the railway and shopping along the little markets throughout. The ruins and history at Ayutthaya were unreal to see and learn. Definitely recommend wearing some comfy shoes so you can safely walk through the ruins as well as around the railroad tracks. You can tell when the train is coming because someone at one of the restaurants will ring a bell a few minutes before the train is coming. It comes by slowly but you should be cautious to find a safe place to stand. If you follow the locals and majority of the crowd, you will know where to appropriately stand. Now for my standard comments. Mode of transportation is well kept and clean. The group that we were a part of was small and easily managed. Everything went as a smooth pace and we never felt rushed or like we were lagging behind.

We booked the WanderSiam Bangkok Canal Longboat tour and it was a good experience. We were met by our guide Joe who immediately needed to turn to plan B due to the flooding of the Chao Phraya river! He managed to deal with all the challenges thrown at him admirably and his charisma and knowledge were key to our enjoyment of this tour. He is a local and has grown up in the areas in which we travelled. He knew all about the city, the history, the temples, the canals and the wildlife. The river and canal longboat is a special way to explore Bangkok and Thonburi.

I had 2 great tours out of Bangkok, to river Kwai and Erawan fallus and a daytrip to Khao Yai national park. A long drive, but well organiseren, a small group and great guides. A great way to go out of the city and into the countryside.
