Took my dog for a wash and cut and the staff were brilliant. Really caring and did an amazing job. There is car parking and some cafes there to kill time while you wait. Will definitely be taking my dog back.

Terrible place! Absolutely disgusting service. I booked an appointment to get my cat groomed, gave detailed instructions, and even showed them a photo. When I arrived, it turned out the staff don’t speak a single word of English and had no idea what I wanted. Instead of doing a simple haircut, they started pushing useless “extra services,” insisting they were “necessary.” In the end, they flat-out refused to just groom my cat, and I had to leave. What a complete waste of time! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

My pom had a but cut. Wanted a trim not a teddy bear cut. Thank god that i stopped by and see how she is doing, and I have to stop the cut immediately. If you are an experienced pom groomer - You will know what i mean. Before and after photos below.
