This is an absolutely excellent gym, with friendly, knowledgable trainers, and great facilities. I was only able to attend two group classes and a private session with Kru Gap, but I feel that I learned a huge amount in just that short period of time with them. The group classes are quite fitness orientated, so expect plenty of skipping and body weight exercises in the warmup. You’ll then have a few rounds of pads with the trainers, each one offering unique insights on your technique and how to push it to the next level. I was very impressed with how much attention to detail the trainers gave me even within the group setting, and I felt that I was improving technically even while being pushed physically. All the trainers are really friendly, so you’ll be tired but always having fun. My private session with Kru Gap was possibly some of the most fun I’ve had doing Muay Thai since I started training a few years ago. I asked him to help me with certain techniques that I struggle with, which he did graciously and enthusiastically. He gave me so many tips and insights and he has such a wealth of knowledge in the sport, and I was really grateful to spend that time training with him. I’m inclined to say that the private sessions do not follow a “one size fits all” format, as I very much felt that the session was tailored towards what I wanted to work on. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for Kru Gap for spending this time with me, it was WELL worth the money. As a final note, this gym is very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning makes a huge difference, and you can happily train without the staph paranoia that comes with other facilities. My girlfriend unfortunately rolled her ankle during one of the sessions, and the trainers were very attentive and helpful, giving her a bucket of ice water and an ankle support to help her recover. Coincidentally, I was dealing with a hurt ankle at the time and the trainers did the same for me any time it flared up. They won’t try to force you to “push through” and ignore injuries, and they’ll do everything they can to help if you do end up getting hurt during training. I’d give this gym 6 stars if I could, and I can’t wait to be back training here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Good gym - couldn’t have asked for a better, more friendly instructor (Pit). They don’t take card unfortunately, so be prepared to pay with either cash, or one of these Thai Venmo-like apps.

I joined group class today. It was amazing session. We did very good warm up in the beginning then almost one hour muay thai exercises with excellent coaches. We finish the session with bodyweight exercises and stretching. If you wanna take muay thai class, i strongly recommend WIT Muaythai Gym. All the coaches are very friendly and professional. They will teach you all the basics and you won’t believe your progress in a very short period of time👊🏼
