Hotels in Phaya Thai, Bangkok benefit from one fact: the BTS meets the Airport Rail Link here. A traveller can arrive from Suvarnabhumi by train and walk to the room. The district also holds Victory Monument and the Ratchathewi hotels towards Siam, so guests include airport passengers and shoppers.
Getting there: BTS Phaya Thai, which interchanges with the Airport Rail Link, and BTS Ratchathewi. BTS Victory Monument is one stop north.
At the time of writing (October 2026), listed places include Vince Hotel Bangkok Pratunam, with a restaurant, a gym and a rooftop pool and bar. Asia Hotel Bangkok has an outdoor pool, a lobby bar and restaurants. Pullman Bangkok King Power has polished restaurants, bars and an outdoor pool. Mercure Bangkok Siam has a bar and lounge with city views.
Before you choose: the rail link is fast, but the walk from the station to some hotels crosses busy roads. Check the pin for the nearest BTS exit.
