About

A ramen shop tucked into a two-floor food court on Sukhumvit, open late for post-dinner cravings. Spice level and broth richness are adjustable on request — a thoughtful touch regulars appreciate — alongside clean execution and consistent quality.

The noodles were delicious. I chose level 2 spiciness, which was mildly spicy—just right. I also asked for the broth to be less oily and less salty, and it turned out excellent: very flavorful yet light and refreshing.

Was looking for a late night snack and came across this spot that was very good! The place was clean and quality and service was good. What’s neat is the restaurant is located in a two floor food court that has other restaurants and desserts that are opened late and some opened 24 hours! If you’re craving ramen I would suggest this place! I had to cold noodles and added extra protein. I also ordered green tea as well which was nice!

If you are wandering around the chaos of Bangkok and need a cozy escape, A Ramen is the perfect hideout. Tucked quietly inside Silom Edge, it feels like stumbling upon a little sanctuary with warm lighting, calm vibes, and surprisingly great service for a place that runs 24 hours. The ramen is as delicious as it looks. The broth is rich, the noodles are springy, and the toppings actually taste as if someone cared. It is simple, comforting, and exactly what you need whether you are on a lunch break or having an existential crisis at 2 AM. The 24 hour service is a real life saver. Midnight cravings, post party hunger, or deadline survival food are all very welcome here. This place truly understands. Highly recommended for anyone who needs quick energy, a peaceful moment, or just a bowl of really good ramen. 🍜✨

A strange restaurant that is trying to become one of the isolation style japanese ramen shops. They have the isolation down as all seating is done in penitential cubicles, but there is no corresponding kitchen on the other side of the barrier. Gyoza were good; noodles firm; pork fat cubes unnecessary. Wifi very welcome, staff smiling and helpful. I'd recommend they scrap the cubicles and open up the place, but that's just my opinion.

Cheap and decent, but calling it the "ichiran" of Thailand is a bit of an exaggeration. Despite maxing everything out the broth was just fine, but not as rich as I would wish for.
