I booked a class successfully via ClassPass, and it shows on my phone that I have an upcoming class (I also have a confirmation email). Still, they said my booking isn't complete, there are some issues with my transaction or credit (which is impossible, the credit was deducted). I have a booking on my hands but it's between the studio and ClassPass, not mine. But the staff wasn't helpful at all, she roughly said I have to contact ClassPass myself or I might book the wrong class or date (I just showed them my booking), mentioning we have never had this problem. We can't do anything, if it's correct it will show like this, like it's my fault but what can I do about it? It's a technical problem between the studio and the app. At the end, I decided to pay for a drop-in. But still, you're a staff member, I have everything right on my side, the problem is from your side. You shouldn't have said that it's nothing here, it doesn't show, I have never had this problem, are you sure you booked it correctly? You should find the best solution for the customer not like pushing us to find a way by ourselves since it's not our fault. And they talked to me like I'm a kid, who I paid for your service, don't talk to customers inhospitably

Located within Amarin Tower at 11th floor. Very big and clean space with many shower rooms. I went for cycling class and it was taught with a mixture of Thai and English. There are English speaking staff. For booking, I had done by booking through phone call as I am only staying in Bangkok for 4 days. However, the class was not beginner friendly even though it was labelled as foundation for 15 mins. There was no introduction of handlebar positions and bike setup. My beginner friend had problems with the bike but the staff is nowhere to be seen. Strongly suggest that to work on being more inclusive to beginners.
