This company destroyed all our fragile items, wedding presents included, by poor packing, after which the manager informed us this was normal practice, nothing to do about it. Before delivering the smashed pieces they sent us a 1500 USD extra bill they'd kept secret until the last moment. Did I mention they didn't inform us about document requirements so the "service" took months. Minus 8 stars. I won't lower myself to respond in detail to this response but will just say, Thomas, that is it the worst customer experience in my life.
