About
A Sukhumvit spot for German food cravings, with Weihenstephan and Andechs on draft alongside well-seasoned sausages. The lively atmosphere suits a long evening, and the pairing of cold Weizen with grilled meats hits the mark.

I came here craving Weizen beer. In addition to Weihenstephan, they surprisingly had Andechs on draft, which was delicious. The sausages were also tasty and paired perfectly with the beer. I’d love to come back with a larger group to try more of the menu. Update on December 19th 2025 The hamburger was not so good. The sausages are the right choice.

visited the restaurant yesterday and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the evening. They were hosting a German Oktoberfest event, and it was fantastic! The beer selection was great — cold, tasty, and perfectly suited for the occasion. The music, decorations, and overall vibe really made it feel festive and authentic. It was a lot of fun, and you could tell everyone there was enjoying themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Keep it up — great job to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience!

EDIT AFTER 2 MONTHS IN BANGKOK: I have eaten the majority of the menu and found ⅔ of the dishes I had spectacular. It's the best place to eat in Thailand after a year in total here. The best Sauerbraten in all of Thailand and a German chef who cooks as his passion. They regularly have an excellent live band as well as different rotating specials examples being Sauerbraten, Raclette and a sausage buffet. Your average meal isn't particularly expensive here I just usually order something out of the ordinary or have several beers and I'd recommend doing that as well.

Negative Reviews
We recently visited Alexander's German Eatery for their Pork Knuckle Buffet, and unfortunately, we left quite disappointed. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it. The pork knuckle skin was rubbery and lacked the crispy texture we were expecting. The chicken was overly salty, and the side dishes were quite mediocre—nothing special or memorable. To make matters worse, all the food was served cold, which further diminished the overall quality and enjoyment of the meal. We also ordered a passion fruit drink that cost 177 baht, but it didn’t look or taste like passion fruit at all. When we asked one of the staff members if it was passion fruit or pineapple, she said she would ask the kitchen but never got back to us. On a positive note, the staff at the counter was friendly, which made the experience somewhat pleasant. However, considering the quality of the food, the food temperature, and the questionable drink, we don’t think we’ll be returning. Would not recommend if you're looking for a satisfying pork knuckle experience.
