Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Bangkok

Had a really nice dinner at Amaya Food Gallery. The food was tasty and the dessert looked amazing. Big thanks to Pare Suriz Run for being so friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Really appreciated the great service — will definitely come back!

Haven't been here for almost 2 years. But this time, I was more impressed with the food. Especially the steak from the grill station. Love how they now have, hamaji sashimi and otoro sushi. Wagyu noodle was also another dish that I quite like. Lobster, I thought was better than my previous visit and the varieties of sweets was enjoyable. You also get fizzy drinks in additional to water which was great. And to top all that, the service from the staffs made this dinner completed!

Amazing evening on 24 January 2026 with delicious international food and truly splendid service from both the F&B and kitchen teams at Amaya Good Gallery. Special thanks to Fon, Pam, Pooky, Zee, Surie, Kane, Faii, Oil, Kwang, Gino (casual), and Pee (intern) for their excellent care and teamwork. A huge shoutout as well to Mint (Pimnapat), the incredibly talented FOM of Amari Watergate, who handles guests with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I was also glad to see the hotel recognises the importance of reducing and tracking food waste data, an excellent initiative that many other five-star hotels still overlook. A wonderful experience overall! We will definitely come back. Hope to see more great promotions throughout the year ka 😊
