This brunch is the smallest one in Bangkok. However, it’s really close to BTS Nana. For people who live downtown vibe, this place is recommended. (It’s my favorite brunch lol) The equipments are all enough for your gym routine. The restroom and bathroom are clean and fairly satisfied.

I was in Bangkok for a holiday and decided to drop by this gym instead of the hotel one. Being an AF member has its perks as you can use any of its gyms around the world. This gym is relatively smaller by about 30-40% compared the ones in Singapore and Malaysia but it gets the job done. Equipments are from technogym and Zeva only which is not my personal favourite but they have machines for every muscle group. Overall it still can't beat the ones in Malaysia and Singapore, but it's very convenient to go to as it's directly connected to Nana BTS station.

I happen to stay nearby during my holiday.this outlet is easy accessible ,clean and good equipment.will visit again if I come to Bangkok.coming from AF member from Singapore
