I've been training here once a week for almost a year now. What I like most is seeing improvement in my body every time. Some exercises I couldn't do at first, but with continued training, I've gotten noticeably better. I usually train weights three days a week. After starting Pilates here, I feel my weight training has improved significantly. I can focus on my muscles better and have more control over my body. In the beginning, I had trouble focusing on my muscles correctly. I would try to work one muscle group, but I would feel pain in another. The instructor gave great guidance. Once I started focusing on the right muscle groups, it made my weight training even more effective. If you're already doing weight training and want to strengthen your body and improve your muscle control, I highly recommend it! 💪💙

Really enjoy coming to this Pilates studio. The trainer is skilled, attentive, and explains everything clearly. I like that they don’t push you too hard just to finish a set—instead, they encourage you to go a little further than what you could do before, at a pace that feels right. It’s challenging but not overwhelming, and you can definitely feel yourself getting stronger over time. Highly recommend!
