One of the winning dish of the night was the Tom Yum Goong which was deliciously well balanced in flavour. The Watermelon with sweet dried fish was well executed and a must order too. Deep-fried Pork Belly marinated in fish sauce was a favourite with the family. Would be back again… Thank you to White and Night
