I’ve been coming to this yoga studio regularly, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places to unwind. The environment is so nice and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Everyone there is incredibly kind, and the instructors are especially wonderful. They always, always, always make an effort to help you, guide you through the poses, and ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the class. It never feels intimidating. just supportive and welcoming. The studio is also consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. I truly enjoy coming here and always leave feeling refreshed and at peace. Highly recommend

Best yoga place in Thong Lo. Very professional teachers. Also high standard of cleaning, all mats and the whole area is always spotless. Great vibes and energy.
