The place is far from the CBD area - more than 1hour to get here. You have to fill in a form then get your documents checked before being allowed into the room where the officers are. At this document checkpoint, they close at 12-1pm for lunch. That means you have to sit in the waiting area uselessly while you wait for document check officer to return from lunch. Inefficient and slow. Be prepared to spend your day there.
