This is my first time with the real yoga class as a student at Bangkok Yoga in bilingual languages, I'm so excited with every days class I have learned with all teachers. About Master Mohit's class I'm very appreciate with every topics I have learned, especially the Pranayama, Breathing, Cleansing nose and the sequence for my test before finish class, is very nice and helpful for me alot, thank you very much kha 🙏
