Beast & Butter : Burgers & Beers (Thong Lo)

Came here for the burgers but the Vongole actually stole the show—perfectly seasoned with a nice kick. The beef patties are juicy and the beer selection is top-notch. Great chill spot in Thong Lo with a really cool vibe

Beast & Butter in Thonglor is Bangkok switching into burger mode. Outside it is traffic and shophouses; inside it is burgers, fries, milkshakes and craft beer. Patties come thick, juicy and glossy in soft buns, topped like a cheese board collided with dessert: brie, blue, burrata, peaches, truffle, bacon. Most builds can be beef, pork or veggie on the same template, so mixed groups can all order the “same” burger and still eat their own way. The Brie & Peach reads like a bistro experiment and eats as a lush, slightly dessert-leaning stack, clever but craving more acidity. Onion rings the understated star: real onion slices, a crackling shell that stays crisp, and garlicky aioli keeping everything firmly savoury.

Tasty hamburger and a rich, concentrated milkshake. Definitely worth trying. Just be aware that parking is across the street and requires a paid parking fee.
