🌟 Crispy Perfection: An Absolute Must-Visit for Tonkatsu Lovers! If you are a fan of Japanese comfort food, you need to check out Tonkatsu Wako. They serve up some of the absolute best, most authentic crispy pork cutlets you can find! * **The Cheese Tonkatsu:** The standout dish here is definitely the **Tonkatsu Cheese**. The outer panko crust is incredibly light, golden, and shatteringly crispy without feeling greasy at all. Inside, the tender pork is wrapped around a generous, molten core of rich, gooey cheese. There is so much cheese packed inside that it gives you an incredibly long, satisfying stretch with every single bite! It is pure comfort food perfection. * **The Interactive Special Sauce:** A huge part of the fun and flavor experience is their signature dipping sauce. You are given a small mortar filled with freshly toasted sesame seeds that you get to grind and mix by yourself. Once you pour their thick, savory-sweet special tonkatsu sauce over the freshly crushed seeds, the nutty aroma blooms beautifully, creating the perfect rich dipping companion for the fried cutlet. Between the perfectly fried crust, the premium melted cheese, and the fragrant, freshly ground sesame sauce, it makes for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended for a satisfying lunch or dinner! 🐖🧀✨

Overall a good meal, but with one caveat. I tried the Beef Katsu (Gyukatsu), and while the meat was incredibly tender and cooked to a nice rare center, it's Meltique beef. Because of that, it unfortunately lacks that rich, authentic beef flavor. However, the rest of the food completely makes up for it. The pork katsu and the katsu sando are fantastic, with perfectly crispy, golden-brown breading. Worth a visit, but I'd recommend sticking to the pork options!

This tongkatsu restaurant delivers a very satisfying experience overall. The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside, showing good quality meat and proper frying technique. > The set came with fresh shredded cabbage, warm rice, and miso soup, all of which complemented the main dish well. The sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and savoriness, though a bit more depth would make it even better. > Service was polite and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to dine. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. > Overall, it’s a solid choice for tongkatsu lovers. While there’s room for small improvements, I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

2/10 - I think this time all food is too salty especially pork curry with rice. 8/10 - Big portion per set for one person, good price. 6/10 - Staffs are ok. 3/10 - Should renovate your toilets, too scary. 4/10 - Less parking lots, only for 2-3 cars.
