Benihana at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium

I had such a great experience for my birthday at Benihana. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Chef Ton was incredibly fun and engaging, turning the cooking process into an entertaining show for everyone at the table. The tricks, the energy, and the interaction with our group made the meal even more enjoyable. Not only was the performance impressive, but the food was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared right in front of us. The service was excellent throughout the entire experience. The whole team was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a complete dining experience — great food, amazing entertainment, and outstanding service. I would definitely come back again!

Chef Ton created an amazing atmosphere at the table not only was the food delicious and beautifully prepared, but the energy and interaction made the whole meal so fun and memorable. Beau, Lek, AA and I-Tim provided outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. Everything was smooth, well-coordinated, and full of positive vibes. It wasn’t just a meal it was a great experience filled with great food, great people, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

We celebrated our parents’ anniversary at Benihana and had an amazing experience. Chef Jazzy was excellent—great energy, entertaining personality, and 10/10 cooking skills. Highly recommend requesting him! The team Por, Boss, Froy, and Tim surprised us with balloons, a card, decorations, and a cake, which made the celebration extra special. We are truly grateful for their thoughtful service and highly recommend celebrating a special occasion here.
