Everything you need for a workout is there. A day ticket costs 200 baht. The changing rooms and showers are clean. If you arrive in the late afternoon/evening, you even get a beautiful sunset included. :)

The gym is a good size gym, with access to a pool and sauna (inside the changing room) the gyms well enough equipped. With different weight sections, plenty of machines. It's certainly worth the price. It gets really busy after 6pm - we tend to use the pool around 2-3 and the gym 4-6 as that's the quitest times.

Good deal for 200 Baht a day. They got an above average assortment of equipment for southeast Asia. Some highlights are: outdoor swimming pool (4th floor), boxing bag with one pair of mma gloves, barbells, dumbbells, some cardio equipment, some weight training machines, bouldering wall, one person sauna (was broken during visit), battle rope, open area for calisthenics. Some things to note. The gym is on the 4th floor, accessible through the hotel lobby and elevator. There is no free water (fountain) but they sell some drinks at the front desk. Towels cost extra. The gym is air conditioned but areas near the windows get hotter when sunny. There are free lockers (you get a lock and key), showers.
