I've done sessions in the city centre with at least 3 studios, and I was surprised to find the most professional and skilled instructor here in Pinklao. She is very attentive, knows how to focus on your ideal areas, and I have seen the most improvement within my body with her in a short amount of time. She is a qualified physiotherapist so you know you'll be getting your time and money's worth. P.S. If you're a dog lover then Bondy's visits will surely make your day. An adorable perk to a great pilates studio.

I visited the studio to address my snapping hip problem, and she carefully examined my condition before designing a personalized training program tailored specifically to my needs. Remarkably, I felt significant relief from my issue after just the first session. And yes, on some days, you might be lucky enough to be greeted by Bondy, the studio’s adorable Samoyed. Great, low impact, challenging workout! She is very knowledgeable about which excercises target which muscles. And she gave me an excercise to do at home as well! Would recommend!
