Bukmakgol Korean Restaurant in Bangkok is a place I visit often whenever I’m craving authentic Korean food. The food quality is consistently good, and the flavors feel very close to what you would expect in Korea. It’s one of those reliable spots where you know you’ll get a satisfying meal every time. The menu offers a variety of Korean dishes, and everything is well-prepared and comforting. One downside is the parking situation, which can be a bit inconvenient depending on the time of your visit. It may take some time to find a spot. Overall, this is a great Korean restaurant in Bangkok with solid taste and consistency. Definitely a place worth revisiting. Exquisite Korean dining experience from small townhouse restaurant on Sukhumvit main street. Menu offering comes in large plate meant to be shared by group. All food was hearty and well seasoned. It is always packed with customers but the service is very efficient.

Bookmagol, a Korean restaurant in Bangkok listed in the Michelin Guide, unfortunately feels a bit overrated. While expectations were high, the food turned out to be just average. The pork was overly sweet, which overpowered the natural flavour of the meat. The Korean pancake and cold noodles were also mediocre, lacking the bold and balanced flavours typically found in authentic Korean cuisine. On the bright side, the service is good, with staff being attentive and polite throughout the meal. The location is convenient, situated right next to Ekkamai Gateway Mall and easily accessible via BTS, which makes it a decent spot for a casual meal. If you're going just because of the Michelin Guide mention, it might not live up to expectations. There are definitely better Korean options around Bangkok offering more flavourful dishes at better value.
