Bourbon Street Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Boutique Hotel

I had some kind of chicken and angel hair that was in a heavy cream sauce that hardens-up everything. I didn't eat much of it. Chicken tasted good I think but unmemorable really. The way the servers kind of stand over you and watch you while you're eating is creepy too. Did I really make Ekamai my neighborhood?

The burgers and steaks are hearty and satisfying, and the cocktail selection is creative and well-crafted. The bar staff know their craft and the Bloody Mary is legendary among regulars. The wine selection is also thoughtfully curated. The interior design is stunning — every corner tells a story, from the New Orleans street art and murals to the cozy nooks perfect for intimate dining. The boutique hotel component means guests get an extra level of comfort and care. The service is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable. My husband and I had lunch here and everything was wonderful! The interior design and seating were lovely and inviting. The place was clean and very comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. They thoughtfully waited for us to finish our appetizers before serving our entrées. We also appreciated the wet towels they provided for wiping our hands since we ordered chicken wings and ribs- such a nice touch! The food was perfectly cooked and have generous portions. We had the garlic parmesan chicken wings, ribs, and lamb chops! All absolutely immaculate!! Nothing was dry or cold; everything was just right. And the fries, the fries were really good!! We’re already looking forward to our next meal here!
