Pocket friendly and shop is Open 24 hours for customers is a big plus. We always order the chicken bucket combo if budget plays an important part in hanging out with friends. Overall loved the environment and the customer service was also outstanding👌✨

No one gives a shit about my presence. No queue. No service. Staffs are busy talking inside the kitchen. Manager walked out and took the order. He looks like he doesn’t give a shit too. Finally I got my food. Great burger. 237 baht for fish burger meal. Quiet branch.

I went to this Burger King branch and stood at the counter to order—there was no queue at all—but none of the staff paid any attention to walk-in customers. They were busy handling Grab orders and didn’t greet, ask, or acknowledge me in any way. The service definitely needs improvement.

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King in Bangkok. They charged me for food I couldn't eat just to use their restroom. I even wrote down my order, but they gave me something completely different. This was one of the top 5 worst experiences I've had in Bangkok so far. I asked them kindly if they could give it away but they threw it in the bin. Untouched food.
