About
The Ari outpost of Bangkok Butcher focuses on aged steaks and fresh seafood in a well-presented setting. A 45-day dry-aged striploin and sea bass draw repeat visits; the seafood pasta rounds out a menu that favors quality over breadth.

The food is decent with a fairly average taste. The sausages are okay, but they’re not very bouncy—so if you prefer sausages with a firm, springy texture, this might not be exactly what you’re looking for. The soup and pasta have a mild, standard flavor and are acceptable. Overall, it’s worth trying at least once. If you drive, you can park in Arun 11 alley and inform them that you’re dining at the Butcher restaurant.

Service was little slow and the burger bun was too dry to my taste but for the rest, quite good. Our favorite has really been the grilled beef tongue as it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was really good. Recommended.

Good steaks and seafood selection, priced accordingly. We had sea bass, seafood pasta and also the aged 45 day striploin steak in medium rare. It came out perfect and each dish was well presented. The flavor was on point for the pasta sauce. Sea bass was crispy on the skin and tender on the bass, make sure you get white wine to pair it with. Good ambience, not too loud for a restaurant surrounded by the chaos of Bangkok, it's good to slow down and have a decent meal. Cheers!

Visited while on holiday in Bangkok with my wife and daughter. Very disappointed with the whole experience. My daughter's meal ( fish & chips) came out first and while she said the chips were very tasty the fish was not at all very nice.😞 As my daughter was finishing her meal my wife's meal came out ( tenderloin) some 15 minutes later. Tenderloin was cut into big chunks and not sliced into managable pieces as you would expect and my wife remarked about this , very rare for my wife to be critical and said the steak was just OK and overpriced for the quality of steak she ordered. At this point I had been waiting around 40 minutes for my meal ( lamb shank ) which had still not arrived. My wife asked the waitress how long my order would be and she asked the chef who replied another 13 minutes. By this time I had had enough of waiting, bare in mind at this point both my wife and daughter had finished there meals and mine had not even been served. Now ' when I go out for dinner with my family I expect at least to eat at the same time , I don't understand why a chef can't cook an order as opposed to separate dishes one at time. At this point I cancelled my order and checked the bill which came to over 2000 baht for 2 meals and a glass of wine. I will never attend this place again ...very disappointed for a so called steak house...
