Good customer service… only few can speak English so recommend to go with agent or friends who can speak Thai.. Khun Pat is TCC can speak decent english and very helpful in explaining the process to get TCC stamp.

Paper wasted! Printed out the email and a copy of ID card as required by the Chamber to pick up the APEC card. Both copies were not collected by the officials. It was basically looked at and returned. The whole process could have been done by showing the email on a mobile phone or the actual ID card. Anyway, the process of the APEC card application did not take very long. The timing was quite reasonable.
