It was a sad and fun experience, especially the ATTITUDE of two employees (a woman who takes and gives tickets to guests and the security guard whom she called "police" on the boat) and the SELLER didn't tell us clearly about that. If you look at the picture that I took from the ticket kiosk, you guys will see it said that when you GET OFF the boat, you will BUY a new ticket. We bought a couple of tickets and on the way, we got off the boat to visit the temple called WAT ARUN a bus stop. Then after we visited and hopped on the boat to continue, we bought a couple of second tickets which we didn't have anything to complain about. But until we continue, the boat continues and then comes back to the beginning after one or two bus stops (but the journey should be more than two as in the map), and then the boat STOP around 5:45 and 6 pm. That time we didn't hop off the boat with some Thai family and people there because we were still on the trip. But then when the boat started, a woman who took us a couple of tickets when we hop on at WAT ARUN, went back to us and took a new couple of tickets and charged us 60 baht for it (30 baht for one ticket). We didn't agree with that because at the ticket kiosk and from the information that the seller told us and from her counter, you only pay when you HOP OFF the boat and you HOP ON again, you don't pay when you're still on the boat, and also no one said that when you're back to the beginning of the journey, you buy a new ticket. We hadn't finished the journey yet, we only hopped off at WAT ARUN and then hopped on to continue, and the boat driver didn't finish the journey, he came back to the first stop after WAT ARUN and one-stop. Back to the ticket-selling woman, she treated us so badly and was not polite, we showed the tickets we bought and she just kept yelling and requesting 60 baht for two tickets. That's UNACCEPTABLE! Especially the ATTITUDE with guests! So you guys should BE CAREFUL to join this tourist boat the next time and ask the seller CAREFULLY about "HOP ON-HOP OFF things" before you start your enjoyment, okay? For us, it was bad, I'm still calm and okay but my partner was so disappointed with the service. We moved on but I can't let this continue with others from this service. So make sure that you ask for details about that and we think the service should tell the guests clearly about buying a new ticket when the boat stops at the beginning again 👎

⚠️Health and safety optional. All about the money 💰 Had the misfortune of getting on this cattle market boat from Wat Arun to Sathorn pier after 6 pm when busiest. We were herded onto a boat that was already at capacity and forced to stand in the aisle all through the boat and at the rear space. One member of staff moved us from near her desk at the back inside of the boat so we went outside at the back. Then, once 200+ people got off at Iconsiam, we all of a sudden weren't allowed to stand at the back where over 50 people were previously between stops. If these rules are so important, then enforce them and don't over pack the boats. The capacity of this boat was way over, and even the way they forced people onto the pier its a shock no one fell in.
