CQK Mala Hotpot was seriously delicious. If you order spicy here, you really get spicy, the kind that builds and stays with you in the best way. The mala broth was rich, fragrant, and addictive from the first bite. What impressed me most was the freshness of the fish. I loved the pomfret and the sliced snakehead fish in particular. The texture was firm, clean, and clearly very fresh, which made a huge difference once it hit the hotpot. You can really taste the quality. Honestly, I ended up ordering a bit impulsively because everything on the menu looked so tempting. Every dish that arrived made the table feel more exciting, and nothing felt like a wrong choice. This is the kind of place where you go with an appetite and let yourself enjoy it. I would happily come back again.
