Crown Relocations (International Movers) - Bangkok

Generally good service — however, do not trust the video quotation. I chose Crown after comparing several international movers, and in many respects the service was very good. In particular, the packing and unpacking crews were outstanding — professional, careful, and efficient — and they made the move significantly easier, for which I’m genuinely grateful. However, the major issue came with the final cost. The volume from one of the collection addresses ended up being more than triple the original video-based estimate, despite no additional items being added. I understand that a video quotation is only an approximation, but such a dramatic discrepancy was impossible to make sense of, and it led to a very large and unexpected increase in the total cost. Although I received apologies and an acknowledgement that their video estimation process had failed in this case, Crown would not adjust the final charge. This experience left a bitter taste and a substantial dent in my budget. For anyone considering Crown, I strongly recommend insisting on a physical site survey rather than relying on their video estimates.

Friendly and professional movers with great communication throughout the process. We moved from Japan and they handled everything on both ends of the shipment. Would highly recommend using Crown for your shipping/moving needs.

We chose Crown because friends who have moved a full container multiple times to/from Asia and Latin America used them flawlessly for every move. Their customer service in Thailand was top-notch: always ensuring any detailed questions were answered, adapting to changing move circumstances, connecting with partners in destination country, etc. All very professional and kind! Sadly, we were unable to ship our goods via sea freight in the end (nothing to do with Crown) but will surely be calling them up again next time.
