  I had the pleasure of dining at Daddy G Smoke near Rama 9 today, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. While they are renowned for their smoked meats, I found their other dishes to be remarkably impressive as well. I began my meal with the Caprese, which featured sweet cherry tomatoes paired with soft, creamy burrata. It was a delightful and refreshing start to the meal. The Caesar Salad was equally enjoyable, boasting a creamy dressing, generous slices of parmesan, and crispy croutons that provided a pleasant crunch. The pasta was another standout dish. The option topped with tobiko was particularly delicious, with perfectly cooked al dente noodles, a flavorful and garlicky sauce, and a complete absence of oiliness. It was truly a pleasure to savor. However, the undeniable highlight of the evening was the Smoked Meat Platter. It offered a generous portion of beautifully smoked, tender, and juicy meats that were far from dry. Each item was expertly sliced, making it ideal for sharing, and the accompanying sauces and sides perfectly complemented the entire selection. In conclusion, I highly recommend this establishment for those who appreciate smoked meats or are simply seeking a comfortable setting to enjoy excellent food with companions.   I was here as the beef rib and smoked brisket are hardly to eat in Bangkok. Upon both dishes arrived on the table, look nicely. But after try them, I found that both were not seasoning before smoked and in my opinion they are too much tenderized. This made no taste on them. Even I apply salt and pepper, taste is not that I expect. So, this made me to give them only 3 of 5 stars in term is f food. Smoked beef tongue is also as same as those smoked dishes. Smoked pork intestine is very recommend as this dish made me surprised, it tasty and delicious. Salad and pasta are O.K. craft beer are a bit expensive. Overall, if you love American food, here can make you relief from missing them. But not that often place to come according to the food taste.
