300 Bhat for a day pass. Friendly staff, gym was well equipped plus AC too. Good for a bodybuilding session, some cardio/functional equipment, so Hyroxs/Metcon style session are accessible too!

I really enjoyed my time here. Real people exercising, not busy taking videos of themselves flexing. So much better than my last gym. Enough equipment that I hardly ever needed to wait, and a comfortable environment.

Good gym with good amount of equipment. Theres a few missings if you are picky but definitely nothing deal breaker (standing calf raise, lateral raise machine, hex bar, those sorts of picky) There's plenty of weights, olympic bars and machines. There's only one squat rack and bench press which is mildly annoying but acceptable still. Dumbells get up to 100lbs. There's plenty of classes that I didnt try. I paid for a month only as I was on a quick holiday, and paid 1850THB which is the normal rate for single month in the area, though by choosing longer periods the price lowers significantly (500THB for long stays) The place is air conditioned and there's plenty of space to train. Personnel is friendly and clean regularly. There many instructors to choose from. I would recommend this place if looking for training in Ari
