I’m very grateful for my 200h Yoga Teacher Training at Embrace Yoga. A huge thank you to Yogi Lalit and the whole team. I also feel so lucky to have shared this experience with such amazing girls. It’s truly unforgettable 🙏🏽✨ I came as a beginner and learned so much during this month. Yoga is not only about flexibility or bending the body. It is a way of living. All teachers were very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. They all teach with individual care and genuine dedication. Thank you! I’ll definitely coming back to join the classes🧘🏻‍♀️

This teacher training in Bangkok was a truly enriching experience. All of the teachers were highly experienced, and each one brought something unique and valuable to the training. Their different perspectives, skills, and teaching styles made the learning process inspiring and well rounded. The atmosphere was supportive and uplifting, and I came away feeling confident, grateful, and excited to move forward with what I learned.

I had a great experience taking a Yoga Teacher Training course at Embrace Energy. The classes are well balanced between the physical and spiritual side of it. I got to learn more about my body snd myself. Now, I practice yoga with a more awareness. Moreover, I got a chance to meet all good teachers here who guiding me to a right direction in physically and mentally. I’m also thankful to meet an amazing classmates.
