I had an amazing experience with Erawan Travel and can’t recommend them enough. I have booked several things through them during my time in Thailand — including Muay Thai fights at Rajadamnern Stadium, which they have organized for me three times now, as well as bus tickets to Chiang Mai. Every single time, everything was perfectly arranged. They take care of you with so much kindness and attention. Their prices are just as good as on the big online platforms, and sometimes even cheaper — but the huge difference is that you get real, personal support. They always respond, even late at night, and they truly go the extra mile. They often made phone calls on my behalf to find last-minute tickets and used their contacts to help me out when it seemed impossible — especially during the busy Yee Peng festival season. One thing that touched me deeply was their trust and kindness. During heavy rain, they lent me their umbrella without hesitation and trusted that I would return it later. And when I traveled to Chiang Mai, they even offered to keep my suitcase for me so I could travel lightly with just a small bag — something incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Both women who run the place are incredibly friendly, reliable, and dedicated. They gave us great recommendations for which day to visit Rajadamnern Stadium and even which seats to pick. Thanks to them, every experience turned out perfect. I will definitely visit them again on my next trip to Bangkok — not only to book more travels through them, but also for the lovely conversations and to simply stop by and ask how they are doing. Me and my sister had a very nice experience with Pong. First of all, we were very much relieved that she could speak English fluently and we could talk freely with her regarding the plan we have set and she explained us very nicely how can we keep up with the plan with exact medium (bus from Bangkok to koh samui). So the day we were to take the bus from Bangkok Phra Nakhon, the time was 6 pm. We had planned the grand palace and platinum mall for shopping that day. She was very communicative on the arrival of the driver, and convincing him to wait a little until we reach. She even gave us discount on the price. I am very greatful that we found one more nice person who made our thailand trip amazing and memorable.
