Visited this place for 3 days during a short vacation in Bangkok. Their online booking system makes it really easy. I think there are about 6 classes per weekday for booking. I took the 10am ones, but I starts as early as 7am. The equipment were pretty new. In fact they look almost new. Good spacious gym with more than sufficient space to do our workout. The trainers were pretty good too. Helped to correct my movement along the way. Its about 700 baht per class. Good to buy some package credits if u intend to do more.

Great community! Got 3 free trial passes for a week and despite the pain I thoroughly enjoyed myself. And now they’ve converted me into a regular. It’s a good change for me from my usual weightlifting at the gym. These functional exercises are a different beast. My favorite is Hollywood - a weights and cardio good time. Also I can testify the Asok branch’s got the best people.

Coach Pani is lazy and does not care. Half the class is doing the wrong sequence and she’s on the side chatting with a friend at the table. She just randomly spurts out instructions that are not comprehensive and ambiguous - whether someone gets it or not, seems to be none of her business. Everyone was effectively working out by themselves which defeats the purpose of paying so much. Last time I will be coming here
