Fahana Italian (Halal)

We came here because the food is nice. But unfortunately the waitress does not give enough attention to the customers. We ordered 3 dishes. Only 2 dishes were served within a reasonable time. We were left waiting for the pizza for almost 30 - 45 mins. I just wish the waitress were more alert on the dishes we ordered . Informed us in advance if the pizza will take longer time than usual. Not letting us waited in hunger. Compensated us with some appetizers while waiting. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any apologies. We had to walk to the counter to ask for the pizza. Apparently, the cause of the delay is because they didn't have enough ingredients and the stove was not functioning well. She knows this, but she didn't tell us about the great delay. Leaving us in hunger. Since we couldn't wait any longer, we had to take away. She came to us handing us a box of pizza, smiling and say thank you instead. No guilts and apologises. As though nothing wrong had happened. This might take us sometime to go back again.
