Pretty decent gym. Located in a quiet top floor. Equipment are quite well maintained, place is not very big but OK to have a good workout.

Good gym, has everything you need for both strength- and bodybuilding style training. You can't drop the weights however as there's a restaurant below (-0.5 star). Dumbbells only go to 30kg and there are not a lot of plates (-0.5 star). Dip belt, elastic bands and various special equipment is available to borrow. Crossfit area, cable cross machine and various squat racks available. No dedicated bench press bench however. Very nice staff. Day pass 239BTH and water bottle is 10BTH (+1 star)

I’m a competitive powerlifter , came in to check the day before to see if it’s ok to deadlift they said yes. Only after I paid 399 bhat for day pass , mid deadlift they said cannot deadlift on floor. They should make it more obvious saying “no deadlift” . It’s a mood killer when you doing sbd day and someone comes tell you you can’t powerlift.

Good gym and has all the fitness equipment. The front desk person tried to scam us when we got our day passes. He told us they didn't accept credit cards (the storefront had a sign that said it accepted Visa and Mastercard) and when we gave him cash, he didn't give us a receipt or our change and told us that he will give us our change when we leave. I had to go back to my hotel to get exact change and requested he gave us a receipt.
