The gyms is good but not enough punching bags. Not all trainers are actually paying enough attention during group trainings. The atmosphere is alright although it’s in the basement of a mall. Generally I would recommend it if you live in the area.

Had an incredible teacher, Bee Bee, patient old men, really good at explaining the technique even though we had a language barrier. Dropped in for a one day class during a trip and the registration process and everything was pretty smooth. Would recommend
